We've made it easy to make sure you are informed about your match as soon as it happens. You can simply check the status of your requests in your account under “MATCHES” at anytime. A red notification will appear in the app when a seller has sourced your item, which requires you to respond to the seller in order to move forward with the purchase (or regretfully decline).

Alternatively, we will always make sure to email you when the Sourcewhere network has found a match to your request. Make sure to look out for “Request Updates” from Sourcewhere in your inbox, and double-check we are added to your contacts so we don’t end up in your spam.
